Handfont
Write the alphabet on paper, take a photo, and get a font of your handwriting.
or drop it on the page. The photo is read in your browser and is not uploaded.
How it works
- Write. On plain white paper, in a dark pen, write the capitals A to Z and then the small letters a to z. Leave a little space around every letter. Use as many lines as you like.
- Photograph. Take the photo from straight above, in even light, with the sheet filling the picture. A scan works too.
- Check. The page finds the letters and names them in the order they were written. Fix any that came out wrong, join a letter that was cut in two, or leave out a smudge.
- Download. You get a TrueType font (.ttf) that installs on Windows, macOS and Linux and works in word processors and design apps.

Letters
Change a letter's character by typing in its box; an empty box leaves the letter out. ⊕ joins a letter with the next one, × removes it.
